Redefining Recruitment is the motto by which we live and work at People Intelligence. Our aim is to offer a bespoke and professional recruitment service to clients and candidates alike. 

People Intelligence was founded to challenge the current situation of average service and agencies being perceived as 'a necessary evil'.  We also believe in a more traditional method of recruitment by listening to and consulting with our candidates.  We do not want to be the biggest company in the industry.  We want to be perceived as trustworthy and professional. At People Intelligence we believe in building in-depth and focused relationships with our clients and candidates, as we grow, each consultant will only deal with a limited number of clients, enabling quality of service to be maintained.

Areas Of Expertise

People Intelligence  works predominantly in the white collar industry sectors. Our client base is national Australian companies, as well as large global corporates.

Geographically, most of our client base is in Sydney. However, we also do a lot of work in Melbourne and we also work in all other Australian states for specific areas of our business.

We place people from junior starter positions up to senior management and director level.

The divisions within our business are as follows:

·         Banking & Finance

       Within People Intelligence's Banking & Finance Division we have specialist consultants who have either worked within the industry or have extensive recruitment knowledge. This allows them to take a truly consultative approach and provide an honest appraisal of both client requirements and candidates' career needs. It speaks volumes that a lot of our clients become candidates and vice versa.

We provide temporary, contract and permanent solutions for all roles within the back, middle & front offices from graduate through to Director level. We can tailor our approach to incorporate contingency, advertised search or retained search methodology.

People Intelligence's Technology & Sales Division is an amalgamation of our specialist recruiters in IT technical roles as well as Sales roles predominantly in the IT and Telecoms industry. We deliver high quality recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates throughout the Asia-Pacific region. We provide our clients with a specialist recruitment solutions that increases the market share and profitability of their organisation by delivery experienced candidates through a fast, effective and professional process.

The expertise of our client base is within but not limited to IT Vendors, Systems Integrators, Distributors, Telecommunications, Print, Digital, Advertising & Media, Commerce and Industry.
