People Intelligence is a small boutique recruitment business based in North Sydney. We specialise in recruitment for the following sectors across Sydney and for clients who have offices in other states.

People Intelligence is a privately owned Australian business who is not looking to be the biggest agency in the market. Our first aim is to raise the standards of recruitment in the industry by offering a first class recruitment service. In return People Intelligence are seeking:
- Experienced Recruitment Consultants in the Australian market who can add value to a business through their hard work and determination
- Business savvy people who understand how they want to grow their business and who wants to reap the rewards both financially and in their niche sector
- Experience in either IT, Telco, Engineering, Sales & Marketing or the Financial sector as our clients and candidates will overlap with yours
- People Intelligence are seeking people with local market knowledge and as such this role does not offer sponsorship
- As this role is with the aim of developing your own business and eventually having equity in People Intelligence, our aim is to offer a modest base salary but with fantastic earning potential in commissions
This role will not suit everyone, if you are an account manager who prefers to work for an agency that will give you modest commission earnings but a higher base, then this is not for you. However, if you can back yourself and want to be involved in a business that is proactive, focuses on business development and that will give you the potential to earn lots of money as well as the opportunity to purchase equity in the future, we would like to hear from you!
