You will be working for start-up Professional Services company that is owned by a larger established Company with Head Office in Sydney and a 2nd office in Melbourne. The start-up offers a range of Enterprise professional services related to Statements of Work for large-scale Projects and the contractor resources required to fulfil those projects. Having completed Phase 1 of the start-up and now rapidly gaining traction, Phase 2 is all about building scale in the business.
You will be performing a Relationship Management/Sales function by targeting Heads of and C-Suite level professional people mainly in the IT, Financial Services & Procurement parts of an enterprise business and you will be dealing with people that are already clients of the business, so no cold calling!
Your strength will be in Client Relationship management, sales within existing Enterprise accounts as well as internal stakeholder engagement. You will be a Solutions Consultant who can tell a story by showing the value proposition of your service
You will excel in developing new business in existing large SME and Enterprise corporate accounts and you will be a champion for your business unit.
You will know how to penetrate existing accounts and find new sales opportunities, you will be self-motivated and energetic with an eye on your sales targets but also an eye on developing relationships with internal stakeholders who will support you in making sales.
As part of the professional service offering is allocation of staffing resources for large-scale Projects, an understanding of Contractor recruitment processes & pricing would be an advantage.
This role will suit you if you have had some experience gained in recruitment and now moved into B2B sales. Experience gained in selling to the Financial Services sector is highly desirable.
