You will be a self-motivated and driven phone-based sales person who enjoys generating B2B sales on the phone in an Inside Sales role, you will be selling software solutions to B2B clients as well as building and maintaining relationships with channel partners. Your main aim is to bring in clients and generate revenue.
You need to have a hunter mentality to make the most of the opportunities that are presented as well as close deals.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following essential criteria:
- Acquisition of new B2B clients
- Contacting potential or existing customers over the phone to inform them about software solutions on offer
- Liaison with clients to answer questions about the products or the company
- Communicating effectively with clients to understand their requirements and close sales
- Establish productive, professional client relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
- Channel management
- Achieve assigned KPI’s and sales targets for profitable revenue generation and strategic corporate objectives
- CRM management
- Pipeline and management reporting
- Assist with the creation of pricing quoting templates
- Participate in client management calls
- Fluent in English & Thai
- A Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in business or IT
- At least 6 months B2B Inside Sales experience ideally gained in the IT sector
- A hunter mentality who enjoys generating new business and closing sales
- A proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- Experience using a CRM, ideally Salesforce.com
- A quick learner who is confident in presenting products and services to business clients
- First class communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong negotiating skills with the ability to manage and resolve issues
