You will be working for a global award-winning business, based in Europe, that specialises in providing a wide range of access solutions both physical & cloud based to Enterprise corporate customers who own large commercial property portfolios.
As part of the leadership team, the company is looking for a Regional Manager responsible for the strategic growth and management of a sales team and a services team led by a Manager of each division in the NSW region. The focus of this role is to develop the services division across NSW, whilst also working with other Regional Managers for the development of national accounts. Based from an office near Liverpool, NSW, you will be responsible for strategic input for the growth of the business as well as management of the services and sales teams in the newly restructured environment. If your experience is in a similar role in Enterprise Facilities Management, this role could suit you.
You will be responsible for P&L management, sales and services team growth, customer satisfaction as well as cashflow management, EBITDA and net new revenue.
Who we are looking for:
A Graduate with an MBA or Masters is preferred
A seasoned Services Manager with a focus on Sales, used to working in a multi-national business with stakeholders in different geographic regions globally
Used to working with Enterprise clients who own commercial or residential property portfolios selling services
Experience of P&L and budget management in the millions
A proven track record of consistent sales results in a competitive environment
Experience managing a small sales & services team, led by their own managers, ensuring they produce results and are highly engaged in the business
Development and implementation of strategic processes & procedures that deliver revenue growth
Excellent client and stakeholder relationship management skills
Capability to develop a customer centric culture that delivers high levels of customer satisfaction
The ability to travel across NSW to meet clients
