What is PiQ?

PiQ is an alternate recruitment offering, whereby we offer you access to qualified candidate profiles, of candidates that we have interviewed and who are looking for a job that you search for yourself and pay a substantially reduced fee if you hire anyone.

What does a qualified candidate mean?

Qualified candidate means a candidate that People Intelligence has conducted a detailed interview with. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm the suitability of any candidate for their job and to make any necessary enquiries with regards to any qualifications or references provided by any candidate before engaging any candidate.

What sorts of candidates are likely to be posted on PiQ?

People Intelligence specialise in placing candidates in client facing roles in all industries across the APAC region. Most candidates will come from Sales or Marketing at all levels. We will show candidates who are client facing Project or Product Managers at all levels and we will also showcase support people who have interaction with clients.

What is the process if I express an interest in a candidate profile?

To ensure compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Act) and Australian Privacy Principles, People Intelligence has posted only anonymous profiles. Should you have an interest in any candidate profile, just hit Request Further Info and we will be notified. At this stage we will get in touch with the candidate and let them know which company has expressed an interest in them and once we have their permission, we will send you a full CV and manage the recruitment process from then on, ensuring that you receive the same quality of service we are well known for.

What if I like the look of this service but there are no candidate profiles that fit my requirements?

Then let us know! If you do not see any candidates that could be suitable for your business on the current PiQ pages, sign up for candidate alerts so that you will be notified when a possible candidate becomes available.

What is the introductory offer?

As an introductory offer to our clients, the first time that you hire a candidate that you have selected from PiQ, we will only charge you a flat fee of $6,500, so that you can see how the service works and the value it can add to your business, regardless of the fee that is shown against the candidate profile! If the fee shown against the candidate profile is lower than the above amount, we will give you 10% off the quoted fee on the candidate profile!

Is a placement fee due when a candidate profile is requested through the website?

No, a fee is charged only when a Client engages a candidate as a result of the introduction of the candidate to the client by People Intelligence.

How are fees calculated?

If a candidate is introduced to the client by way of the PiQ section of the company’s website, then the fixed fee stated in the candidate’s profile will be charged + GST

If a candidate is introduced to the client by any other method, then Pi’s standard Terms and Conditions will apply which are shown in the Permanent & Fixed Term Contract Recruitment Client Agreement.

What are the payment terms?

Invoices are issued on the day the candidate’s first day of employment commences with payment due 7 days from date of invoice

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, we are happy to negotiate a payment installment plan, given the current coronavirus climate.

When a fixed fee is charged is there still a Credit Period applicable to the placement?

Yes, People Intelligence offer a sliding 3-month credit period for all permanent placements. Details of which are shown in the Permanent & Fixed Term Contract Recruitment Client Agreement. A link to which can be found below.
