As a co-founder of the business I am ultimately a Recruitment Consultant who assists clients to find the right people for their roles, often the most challenging roles as I have built a reputation on filling those difficult jobs!
With over 30 years recruitment experience gained worldwide, having worked in London, Sydney, Shanghai and Ahmedabad I recruit mainly in client facing roles across the APAC region, most often in the sales arena cross-industry from entry level through to Sales Directors. Most of my clients are small to medium sized global companies who see the value in partnering with a recruiter and engaging in a dialogue with me and who see me as part of their team.

I have over 20 years experience in recruitment both in London and Sydney having worked in operational, marketing, sales and support roles. I work with clients ranging from global Tier 1 corporates through to small, local, privately owned start ups.
As a co-founder of People Intelligence, in addition to recruitment I am also responsible for the business operations and finance function. We are all about thinking outside of the box!
