We are a privately owned, experienced recruitment company that specialises in recruitment of client facing roles to include Sales, Marketing, Business Transformation and Support across the APAC region. With two business owners who are active recruiters, we are invested in your future and are determined to find you the right job.

We will always communicate with you; we are available via phone or email at all times, and we encourage open and honest discussion about your future. Trust, engagement and honesty are values that we live and work by in all of our dealings with you.

Recruitment is about placing the right candidate in the right job. But it is also the journey that you take to get there! We will help you with your CV to ensure it truly reflects your experience and capability, we will interview you prior to sending your CV anywhere so that we understand who you are and what you are looking for, we will provide you with advice and feedback, both good and bad, that is in your best interest and we will guide you through the recruitment minefield as best we can.

We truly believe in partnering with our candidates and our testimonials give you some idea of what people think about us. A lot of our candidates come back to us each time they look for a new job or if they are in a position to hire staff which is testament to the value, we can offer you.

How can you help yourself?

The operational stuff!

Regardless of whether you work with us or not, there are things you can do to help find a new job. Here are a few things that you can do to help yourself:

  • Make sure you have a current and accurate CV. There is no need to have your personal address, Date of Birth, Passport or Driver’s License Number on it. Protect yourself in terms of personal identity in this online world of data hackers! Information that is useful is your email address, phone number, full name and Suburb and State you are located
  • Only apply for jobs that match your skill set. You may have created job alerts on various job boards but read the advert before you send a CV. Your credibility diminishes if you apply for a job that you are not qualified for or if you apply for a range of jobs that are all completely different!
  • Use LinkedIn – Make sure your profile is up to date and matches your CV, that you complete all the tabs in the Jobs function shown at the top of your profile and follow the companies that you want to work for so that their jobs show up in your feed!

In a candidate short market, it is important that we use our network to source candidates to fill jobs and who better than working with candidates we have helped find a new job. On each of our advertised jobs we detail the referral bonus available, which varies depending on the level of job. 

The harder a job is to fill the bigger the bonus you can earn, should you make a recommendation to us that we successfully place in a new job. And the best bit is that you can make as many recommendations as you like and everyone we place, you will receive a bonus or a payment to your favourite charity! We will do the same thing if you know of a job that needs filling and you recommend the client to us, if we fill the job you will earn a referral bonus.
