PiQ is an alternate recruitment offering, whereby we offer you access to qualified candidate profiles, of candidates that we have interviewed and who are looking for a job that you search for yourself and pay a substantially reduced fee if you hire anyone.
Qualified candidate means a candidate that People Intelligence has conducted a detailed interview with. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm the suitability of any candidate for their job and to make any necessary enquiries with regards to any qualifications or references provided by any candidate before engaging any candidate.
People Intelligence specialise in placing candidates in client facing roles in all industries across the APAC region. Most candidates will come from Sales, Marketing or Business Transformation at all levels as well as support staff in these areas, cross-industry.
To ensure compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Act) and Australian Privacy Principles, People Intelligence has posted only anonymous profiles. Should you have an interest in any candidate profile, just hit Request Further Info and we will be notified. At this stage we will get in touch with the candidate and let them know which company has expressed an interest in them and once we have their permission, we will send you a full CV and manage the recruitment process from then on, ensuring that you receive the same quality of service we are well known for.

No, a fee is charged only when a Client engages a candidate as a result of the introduction of the candidate to the client by People Intelligence.
If a candidate is introduced to the client by way of the PiQ section of the company’s website, then the fixed fee stated in the candidate’s profile will be charged + GST
If a candidate is introduced to the client by any other method, then Pi’s standard Terms and Conditions will apply which are shown in the Permanent & Fixed Term Contract Recruitment Client Agreement.
Invoices are issued on the day the candidate’s first day of employment commences with payment due 7 days from date of invoice.
